In the world of denim, there are brands that stand out for doing things differently but with the highest quality.
Pure Blue Japan (PBJ) is one of them.
PBJ is Kenichi Iwaya's dream. After working and gaining experience in various cotton and textile mills, he decided in 1997 to create his own brand. His obsession has always been to produce unique fabrics with texture and character on shuttle looms in Ibara, Okayama, using the finest cottons from India and the USA.
These jeans are dyed with indigo and a sulfur dye, resulting in their distinctive Greencast shade. The denim weighs 12 oz, and the cotton is woven at a lower twist, creating small irregularities in the denim called "slubs."
The fade potential of these jeans is incredible, as the color shifts with wear to light blues and greens in a 70s California style. Truly special.
The model is wearing a size 31. He is 1.69m tall and weighs 68kg.
the fit is regular/slim
