HOW TO MEASURE YOUR CLOTHES
We know it's not always easy to buy clothes online and that sizes can vary between fits and brands.
To make the process easier and ensure you're confident the garments will fit, we recommend taking a tape measure and measuring the clothes that fit you best, then comparing the measurements with the measurement chart for each item. Keep in mind that your favorite jeans from 15 years ago may vary in size due to wear/washing, and they may not be the same as the new model.
JEANS & PANTS
WAIST
Lay your jeans flat on a surface and measure them horizontally from edge to edge, then multiply by 2.

HIP
Take a ruler and measure 7.5 cm from the crotch point up. From that point, measure horizontally from one edge to the other.

FOREHEAD
Measure vertically from the edge of the top of the waistband to the crotch seam.

REAR
Measure vertically from the top back edge to the crotch seam.

THIGH
Measure horizontally from the crotch seam to the end of the leg.

KNEE
Measure 34 cm from the crotch seam down the inside seam of your jeans, at that point take a horizontal measurement from end to end.

HEM
Measure the hem horizontally from one end to the other.

CROTCH
Measure vertically from the crotch seam to the end of the leg. This is the leg length measurement.
In the case of Selvedge denim, people often prefer not to make adjustments to the hem because there are several ways to fold jeans that look very cool.

CHEST
Measure horizontally from one end to the other at the height of the chest just under the armpit seam and multiply by 2.
SHOULDERS
Measure horizontally from one end to the other at the height of the shoulder seam.
WAIST
Measure the garment horizontally from one end to the other at its narrowest part.
LONG
Measure vertically from the collar to the bottom edge.
SLEEVE
Measure vertically from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve
